Host a Terry Myers Clinic At Your Facility

Terry Myers is available to conduct a private clinic at your facility or ranch. Clinics can be 1-3 days, depending on preference.

Requirements to Host a Clinic:

• 8-12 riders and horses.
• Adequate riding space for the amount of riders attending the clinic.
• Stalls for horses in clinic, if applicable.
• Sufficient footing in riding area (able to lope circles without slipping).
• Parking space for trucks and trailers.
• Restrooms
• Lunch concessions (host can profit from charging for lunch, at host’s digression).

Clinic Host Agrees to: 

• Pay a flat clinic fee of $900 per clinic day to Terry Myers, payable to Terry on the final day of the clinic. 
• Pay a clinic deposit fee of $100 per day to book the clinic. Deposit is non-refundable if clinic is cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the clinic date. (The deposit is deducted from the total amount due at the conclusion of the clinic.) 
• Mileage: $.80 per mile traveled round trip, payable to Terry Myers or round-trip airfare plus accommodations when flying. 
  
• ​Have each person sign a Terry Myers Liability Release form. 
• Advertise and recruit clinic participants, collect clinic fees. (We can also provide a flyer for you to download and make copies to distribute, if needed.) Terry can list the scheduled event on the Terry Myers website schedule page.  

Clinic Fee Per Rider: 

• Because the host pays a flat fee to Terry for the clinic, they can charge clinic attendees whatever fee they feel is suitable. $150-$225 per clinic day is suggested, depending on your area. 

Accommodations for Terry and Amy Myers (at no charge to Terry): 

• Clinic host will provide a place to park truck and trailer, with a suitable electric hook up available. 
• Stalls for 1 to 2 horses.
• Lunch for Terry and Amy on clinic days 

Help to Defray Clinic Host Expenses: 

Auditor Fees: *20.00/day. Fees will be split 50/50 – 50% to host and 50% to Terry Myers. If clinic has less than 10 paid riders – Clinic host will waive the 50% split.

If less than 8 paid riders – proceeding with the clinic will be by mutual agreement of Terry Myers and the Clinic Host.

Terry Myers will promote the event on the Terry Myers website and on social media.
